Trauma as Medicine New moon healing circles
IN RESPONSE TO OUR GLOBAL TIME OF CHANGE NEW MOON HEALING CIRCLES ARE ALL BY DONATION FOR 2021
Welcome to an all inclusive online healing circle. I am wanting to try something new for 2021, similar to my Reiki teaching days where I would do distance healing clinics in my classes. This will be fun AND transformative!
Each circle will begin with a prayer, meditation and a check in. Then one at a time individuals who are seeking healing will be invited to ask for help. I will direct a process that includes my expertise, as well as our collective connection to Spirit, our spirit helpers and the energy generated from the group to facilitate healing.
My vision is to create a format for those who are seeking personal healing to receive, as well as for those healers out there who want to open their hearts and add their presence to holding space for others. There will be occasions where I call on the gifts of other healers who are present to support and help.
These circles are for anyone who feels interested, there is no experience in energy healing, ceremony or animistic/shamanic practice required.

- Stone you have found on the ground to direct focus
- Water
- Journal
- Internet connection, zoom app
- Be present and pay attention
- Sobriety - smoking pot or drinking before a healing circle is not okay

Shamanic Journey is the art of cultivating direct revelation through your own individual relationship with Spirit. This practice supports you in living with freedom, ridding yourself of suffering and generating personal power. No experience is necessary - and for those experienced prepare to dive in deeper.
